2011 CFC Pledge Form
The CFC is the world's largest and most successful workplace charity drive. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the CFC, and so we are dedicating this year's DOE campaign to "Honoring 50 Years of Caring, Sharing and Giving."
Our 2011 DOE CFC theme is "Topping the Charts by Giving." Music is inspiring and invigorating, uplifting and uniting. So is giving to the CFC.
If you have contributed in the past, you know how rewarding it is to support the CFC. And if you've not donated in the past, this is a great time to start.
We invite you to learn more about the CFC and review the 2011 Catalog of Caring, which lists more than 4,000 approved charities.
Your support will help the charities of your choice serve their missions. Contributions are tax-deductible – and in these difficult times, charities need all the help we can give.
There are many ways you can give. The options include cash, check, credit card debit card or e-check. Or you can spread your gift out over the entire year through a paper pledge or – for the first time this year at DOE – by paperless payroll deduction.
When you make a donation to CFC, lives are changed. Every contribution counts, and every pledge increases the Department of Energy's power to make a difference.
Please join us in "Topping the Charts by Giving" to the 2011 DOE Combined Federal Campaign.
